What better way to address the issues of nature in cities as a key to adapting to climate change than...the city itself! The Bureau des Guides du GR 2013 invites you to come hiking in the Foresta area of Marseille on Saturday, May 12 to address these issues and discover more closely this area of nature in the boiling city.
This urban hike is part of the development of "Nature in the city and climate" itinerancy. By transposing the practice of hiking in metropolitan areas, the objective is to raise public awareness of the semi-natural/natural urban areas encountered and their different functions in the face of climate change (see the Actions tab of the site).
This urban hike is part of the EU Green Week event programme. EU Green Week will take place from 21 to 25 May 2018 under the theme "Green cities for a greener future". An opportunity to reflect and debate on European environmental policy. Find this urban hike and all the other events on the EU Green Week website.
