On Thursday 01 February 2018, the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region officially launched the Nature for City Life project as part of a regional conference on urban nature for adaptation to climate change. The event brought together about a hundred elected representatives and technicians from local authorities and local actors concerned by the theme, such as urban planning agencies or environmental protection associations.
Following the introduction of this launch morning by Mrs Anne Claudius-Petit, regional advisor, the project partners followed one another to present the challenges of climate change in cities, the roles of nature in cities as well as the flagship actions of the project led by each.
A morning of great richness as much by the quality of the interventions as by the constructive exchanges which punctuated them !
